Refund Policy
We want you to be confident when purchasing or licensing content from Cultura Creative Ltd. This policy explains when refunds, replacements or cancellations may be available for digital content, visual licences, datasets and bespoke services.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Digital Content & Visual Licences
Because our imagery, video and other digital content is supplied electronically, purchases and licences will generally become non-refundable once the content has been downloaded, accessed or otherwise made available for use.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, you may be asked to consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that this may affect your statutory right to cancel once supply begins.
A licence is granted only for the rights specified at the time of purchase. Please review the relevant Licensing Terms and/or End User Licence Agreement before purchasing.
Technical Problems or Incorrect Content
If you are unable to access content you have purchased, receive an incorrect file, or believe that the content supplied is materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where the issue is attributable to Cultura Creative, we will normally seek to resolve it by providing a corrected or replacement file. Where this is not reasonably possible, an appropriate refund may be provided.
AI Datasets & Data Licensing
AI training datasets, research datasets and other specialist data products are normally supplied under separate licence or contractual terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for datasets are non-refundable once the dataset, or a material part of it, has been delivered or made accessible.
If a dataset is materially defective or does not conform to the agreed specification, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, remedy the issue in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Bespoke Productions & Commissioned Work
Bespoke photography, video production, dataset creation, research, production services and other commissioned work are subject to the terms agreed for the individual project.
Deposits, production costs and third-party expenses already incurred may be non-refundable if a project is cancelled after work has commenced.
Any cancellation charges, refunds or credits will be determined in accordance with the relevant quotation, statement of work, production agreement or other contract.
Business Purchases
Where products, licences or services are purchased in the course of a business, trade or profession, cancellation and refund rights will be governed by the applicable contract, licence or order terms and relevant law.

Please include your order or invoice number, the product or licence concerned, and a brief description of the issue so that we can investigate promptly.
Our Other Terms
This Refund & Cancellation Policy should be read alongside our Licensing Terms, End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and any specific agreement, quotation or statement of work applicable to your purchase.
Where specific contractual terms have been agreed for a project or licence, those terms will take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency with this general policy.
