Cultura Creative provides digital content, visual licences and data products. We do not normally supply physical goods and therefore no physical shipping charges apply unless expressly stated otherwise.

Stock Images, Video and Digital Content

Where content is available for direct licensing through our website, access or download details will be provided once your order and payment have been successfully processed.

The licence granted will be the licence selected at the time of purchase and will be subject to our applicable Licensing Terms and End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

AI Datasets and Bespoke Content

AI training datasets, commissioned content and other bespoke digital deliveries may be supplied through secure file transfer, cloud storage, data transfer systems or another delivery method agreed with the client.

Delivery times, formats and technical specifications for these projects will normally be confirmed within the relevant proposal, order, Statement of Work or licence agreement.

Download and Access Periods

Where a time-limited download link is provided, the applicable access period will be stated in your order confirmation or delivery communication.

If your download link expires before you have been able to access your purchased content, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

We recommend downloading and securely storing licensed files promptly after purchase. Continued hosting or indefinite re-download access is not guaranteed unless expressly included as part of the service.

Delivery Issues

If you have completed a purchase but have not received the expected confirmation or access information, please check your spam or junk email folder first.

If you are still unable to access your content, please contact us through our Contact page, quoting your order number or relevant project details, and we will investigate.

International Delivery

As our products and services are primarily digital, Cultura Creative works with customers internationally without conventional physical shipping restrictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and intended use of the content complies with any laws or regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
